How do you ensure the freshness of the microgreens during shipping?
We harvest all orders on the same day they are shipped. Our custom-designed eco-packaging maintains optimal temperature and humidity to ensure your greens arrive crisp and vibrant.
What is the shelf life of BeMicro products?
When kept refrigerated in their original breathable packaging, our microgreens typically stay fresh for 7 to 10 days after delivery.
Do you use any pesticides or chemicals in your growing process?
No. At BeMicro, we use a strictly organic growing process. We use non-GMO seeds, filtered water, and organic soil without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We currently deliver nationwide. Shipping is free on all subscription orders and one-time orders over $50. For smaller orders, a flat rate of $8.99 applies.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your BeMicro subscription directly through your account dashboard at any time before your weekly harvest cutoff.
